Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping methods & cost: Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery address. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are shown at checkout.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Returns & Refunds

Fabric & notions: Due to the nature of cut fabric, all fabric and notions sales are final — we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

Digital patterns: Digital patterns are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded. If you have trouble accessing a download, contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Longarm quilting services: You may cancel or reschedule at no charge before we begin quilting your top. Once quilting has started, the service is final sale and non-refundable, since it's custom labor performed on your materials. Please ship your quilt top to us using a trackable, insured method. If you believe your quilt was damaged due to our error, contact us within 7 days of pickup/return with photos so we can review it.

Order cancellations: Fabric and notions orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the order hasn't shipped yet.
