These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bayouquiltco.com (the "Site") and any purchase of fabric, notions, quilt kits, digital or printed quilt patterns, or longarm quilting services from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to place an order on our Site.
2. Products, Pricing & Availability
We make every effort to display product colors, quantities, and descriptions accurately, but fabric colors may vary slightly by monitor and dye lot. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order, including orders placed at an incorrect price due to a listing or pricing error.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure payment provider. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
4. Digital Patterns & Intellectual Property
Quilt patterns, designs, photos, and other content sold or displayed on this Site (including our pattern catalog) are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or use our patterns or content to manufacture and sell finished items commercially without the express written permission of Bayou Quilt Co and/or the original pattern designer. All trademarks, logos, and site content are the property of Bayou Quilt Co or its licensors.
5. Longarm Quilting Services
Longarm quilting services are custom work performed on quilt tops and materials you provide. By submitting a quilt top for quilting services, you confirm you own the materials or have the right to have them quilted. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping & Returns page for details on cancellations and how we handle damage during the quilting process.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to submit false or misleading information.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products/services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bayou Quilt Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products or services.
