We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Methods & Cost Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery address. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are provided at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Errors Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at bayouquiltcompany@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Longarm Quilting Materials If you're mailing a quilt top to us for longarm quilting services, please use a trackable, insured shipping method — we recommend insuring your package for the value of your materials.
